Advantage Solutions is hiring for a part-time retail sampler in Allen, TX. You will engage customers through food and beverage tastings to drive sales and introduce new products, working with management to create positive shopper experiences.

The role requires on-site work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with opportunities for growth and a benefits package that can be tailored to your family's needs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
