Advantage Solutions in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking friendly individuals to boost sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling, connecting shoppers with new products, and representing our brands at the store level.

No experience is required as training is provided; the role offers 2–3 shifts per week, weekend availability, supportive teammates, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness programs, and associate discounts.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
