Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a part-time Retail Sampler to help drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling in a retail setting. You will connect with shoppers, introduce new products, and provide friendly, informative service while keeping the area clean and well organized.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with additional hours possible upon request.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing up to 6 hours.
• Willing to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.

About You:

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
