Job summary

Advantage Solutions is looking for an energetic retail ambassador to connect customers with new products through food and beverage sampling. You will help drive sales while representing our brand in a friendly, professional manner.

We offer on-the-job training, flexible hours including weekends, and benefits options. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours. Prior experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive team support.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

About You:

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
