Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Saginaw, MI is seeking friendly, energetic individuals to join our in-store sampling team. You will engage shoppers, drive sales, and introduce customers to new products through hands-on demonstrations.

This entry-level role requires excellent customer service, the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work 2–3 shifts per week including weekends. Training is provided and growth opportunities are available within the company.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
