Job summary

Advantage Solutions in California is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to help shape shopper experiences. In this role you will drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling, introducing them to new products, and delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You must be 18 or older, available to work 2–3 shifts per week (weekends included), and capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
