Advantage Solutions in Front Royal, Virginia, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to drive sales through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role allows you to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

No prior experience is necessary as we provide extensive training and support. We offer competitive wages of $15.00 per hour and a range of customizable benefits including medical and wellness programs. You'll need to be available 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Now, about you

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
