Advantage Solutions is looking for a dynamic individual in Birmingham, Alabama, to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. The role offers opportunities to connect shoppers with new products and the potential for growth within the company.

Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A friendly and outgoing personality is essential. Training and support are provided, making this an excellent entry-point position.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
