Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of general financial accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Identify procurement needs and conduct market research to find suitable suppliers.
• Evaluate suppliers, issue RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, and build a qualified supplier pipeline.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure advantageous agreements.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and resolve disputes.
• Ensure procured items meet quality standards and specifications.
• Track procurement metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Maintain procurement records, budgets, and cost analyses.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Finance Department.
