Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and determine physical therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and coordinate with nurses, physicians, and families.
• Document services accurately and timely in medical records.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
