Avamere Rehab of Clackamas in Gladstone, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN, part-time or full-time opportunities. You will join an in-house therapy team dedicated to improving lives with compassionate care within our skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program.
• Able to practice unencumbered in Oregon.
• In good standing with licensing boards.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and payer sources.
• Respects residents' rights and demonstrates professionalism.
• Ability to multitask.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients per licensure.
• Direct and supervise assistants and aides as allowed.
• Follow safety procedures for patient and self.
• Continue professional development through education.
• Support department operations and development.
• Communicate patient status to families and care teams.
