Job summary

Hallway Healthcare is seeking an in-home Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in Dublin/Livermore, CA. You will perform nursing procedures, educate patients and families, and coordinate with an RN Case Manager and Director of Nursing on care plans.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem options with competitive hourly pay and benefits. The position requires a valid RN license, current BLS certification, and a California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current BLS Certificate.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a RN Case Manager and Director of Nursing.
• Demonstrate efficient teamwork with the staff.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
• Perform nursing procedures according to agency policy and procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and educate patients and family per plan of care.
• Document visits and maintain patient records daily, following HIPAA and infection-control policies.
