Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current BLS Certificate.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care per plan of care.
• Coordinate with RN Case Manager and Director of Nursing.
• Observe and document patient status and progress daily.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and home care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
