Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Sr. Store Associate - Part Time in Shelby, NC to connect with customers, recommend products and services, and deliver exceptional service. The role emphasizes sales, store appearance, and a customer-centric culture aligned with Office Depot values.

You will gain advanced training in print and technology products, use POS systems, and support merchandising, freight, and promotions. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Retail sales experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and count.
Proficient with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer.
Utilizes the selling program to promote the best solution and additional products/services.
Maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keeps a neat environment.
Follows signage, labeling, and merchandise presentation standards.
Completes freight processes and keeps freight sorting area organized.
Continues education in Print and Technology areas and achieves applicable certifications.
