Intermountain Print Center – Salt Lake City is seeking a part-time Print and Sign Services Coordinator to route jobs to the print center, sign shop, or design team, ensuring deadlines are met with precision. You will oversee quality assurance, assist in planning and routing, and manage a range of printed materials from forms to marketing collateral.

The role requires 2 years of experience preferred, and schedule is Tuesday–Friday 10am–5pm and Saturday 9am–noon, with an on-site location in Salt

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with printers and finishing equipment.
• Knowledge of pre-flight printing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Route jobs efficiently through print center, sign shop, or design team to meet deadlines.
• Oversee quality assurance for all printed materials and ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.
• Plan and coordinate both small and large print/design projects across departments.
• Operate and monitor digital presses, including setup and queue management, per job specifications.
• Inspect finished goods for accuracy and adherence to design intent.
