Intermountain Print Center – Salt Lake City is seeking a part-time Print and Sign Services Coordinator to route jobs between the print center, sign shop, and design team, ensuring deadlines and quality. You’ll assist in planning projects, manage forms and marketing materials, and support finishing operations to meet exact specs.

The role supports digital press setup, in-process quality checks, and continuous improvement while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced print environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and expertise working with printers and finishing equipment.
• Knowledge of pre-flight requirements for printing.
• Three years of print production experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate routing of jobs to print center, sign shop, or design team.
• Oversee quality assurance for all printed materials and meeting deadlines.
• Provide accurate pricing and timely delivery of products.
• Plan, direct, and route print/design projects of varying scale.
• Operate and manage finishing/bindery tasks to meet specs.
• Maintain production records, job tracking, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with design, solutions, finishing, and fulfillment teams.
