Job summary

Intermountain Print Center – Salt Lake City is seeking a part-time Print and Sign Services Coordinator to route jobs, oversee QA, and ensure timely delivery of print materials. The role supports digital press setup, finishing/bindery, and accurate job documentation while maintaining high-quality output.

The position operates 29 hours per week, Tue–Fri 10am–5pm and Sat 9am–Noon, at 1760 N 2200 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84116.

Qualifications

• Experience and ability to manage printers and finishing equipment.
• Knowledge of pre-flight requirements for printing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust digital presses per job tickets.
• Perform quality checks (color accuracy, density, registration) and calibration to meet design intent.
• Conduct routine press maintenance and escalate complex issues to service support.
• Operate and program finishing and bindery equipment to meet trim and binding specs.
• Inspect finished work for mechanical accuracy and quality compliance.
• Manage finishing tasks, inventory, and required reporting; ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
• Review job tickets, route materials, and maintain a steady production pace to meet deadlines.
• Maintain production records, downtime logs, and spoilage reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, solutions, finishing, and fulfillment teams; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate Intermountain’s ethical standards and values.
