• Demonstrated experience and expertise working with printers and finishing equipment
• Knowledge of pre-flight requirements for printing

Aufgaben

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust digital presses per job ticket specifications (color, quantity, finishing).
• Perform continuous quality checks for color accuracy and density.
• Calibrate, profiling, and output adjustments to ensure consistent output.
• Troubleshoot and maintain presses; escalate complex failures as needed.
• Operate finishing and bindery equipment to meet trim and binding specs.
• Inspect finished goods for mechanical accuracy and quality.
• Manage finishing workflow, inventory, and safety.
• Review job tickets and route work to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain production records and downtime logs.
