Intermountain Print Center in Salt Lake City is seeking a part-time Print and Sign Services Coordinator to manage routing, quality assurance, pricing, and on-time delivery of print and design projects. You will oversee presses, finishing equipment, and production workflows to ensure high-quality output that meets deadlines.

The role requires hands-on experience with digital presses and finishing tools, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across design, finishing, and fulfillment

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and expertise working with printers and finishing equipment.
• Knowledge of pre-flight requirements for printing.
• Three years of print production experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust digital presses per job ticket specs.
• Perform quality checks and calibration to ensure color accuracy and output quality.
• Maintain finishing/bindery equipment and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Review job tickets and route work through press and finishing workflows.
• Document production records and downtime for reporting.
