Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and care coordination.
• Engage patients in wellness and chronic disease management.
• Complete essential clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow‑ups.
• Maintain a safe care environment with routine exams and timely appointments.

Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner
