Qualifications

• NP/PA experience preferred with clinical care delivery.
• Active, unrestricted FNP license or PA license in good standing.
• DOT, BLS, and ability to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Ability to counsel on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex.
• Clinic-based care with in-person and virtual visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care in clinic and virtual settings.
• Perform diagnostics, preventive care, and care coordination with other providers.
• Manage clinic operations, including scheduling, follow-up, and insurance verification.
• Support patient wellness, disease management, and health screenings.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) experience

Physician Assistant (PA) experience

BLS certification

Multi-state licensure
