Qualifications

• Current MN Teaching license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or closely related field.
• Ability to work with children ages 3-5 and their parents.
• Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to support children with disabilities in inclusive settings.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Regular attendance including assigned days.
• Must lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
• Must be physically working in the building and have reliable transportation.
• May travel between locations if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual activities for children 3-5 with developmentally appropriate practices.
• Complete and implement daily and weekly lesson plans; set up classroom and materials.
• Perform child assessments and observations to inform lesson planning.
• Maintain children's records.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
