Job summary

Anoka-Hennepin Community School District is seeking part-time, casual instructors for its community education programs across elementary and middle schools in Anoka County. You will develop and deliver activities, lead groups, and adapt instruction to youth and adults within a safe, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include curriculum delivery, collecting feedback, and performing other duties as assigned. A flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 20 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability and desire to work with targeted audience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver curriculum or services to students (youth participants and/or adults) enrolled in the Anoka‑Hennepin Community School Program.
• Provide instruction and activity or service in subject matter, ranging from introductory to advanced levels.
• Deliver and collect participant feedback, when requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
