Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher in Minnesota to implement curriculum and support our classroom community. You will create a safe, engaging space for children to learn and grow, while connecting with families and collaborating with center leadership.

You will also help drive enrollment and accreditation efforts, build strong relationships with families and licensing authorities, and participate in a supportive, child-first work environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
