Job summary

Cadence Education in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Preschool Teacher Assistant to support daily classroom activities, uphold a safe and engaging learning environment, and help implement Cadence Education programs under supervision of the School Director and classroom leadership.

You will greet families, assist with developmentally appropriate activities, follow IEPs and behavior plans, and collaborate with a caring team to nurture every child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures including Name-to-Face accountability, allergy protocols, and Safe Sleep practices.
• Read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required if licensing is met.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment.
• Greet families daily and build professional relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Follow Cadence Education policies and safety procedures and document incidents as required.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
