Job summary

Cadence Education in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher. You’ll support daily classroom operations, implement Cadence programs, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children including those with IEPs.

You will build positive relationships with children and families, help with curriculum delivery, and ensure licensing compliance while maintaining engaging, developmentally appropriate activities

Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures including Name-to-Face accountability, allergy, feeding, and Safe Sleep requirements.
• Work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
