Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is hiring a part-time Prep Cook at Cleveland Heights University Heights City School District in University Heights. This day‑shift role runs Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays, following the school schedule.

A free meal is provided during shifts. You will prepare foods per prep sheets, gather ingredients, portion accurately, and help inventory and safety while delivering friendly customer service and supporting a family culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets.
• Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase.
• Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes.
• Manage food inventory when necessary.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion.
