- Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets.
- Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase.
- Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes.
- Manage food inventory when necessary.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Encourage good customer relations through product promotion.
