Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook in New York, NY. Location: New York City Football Club facility, Orangeburg, NY. Schedule is Monday through Friday; hours may vary.

Qualifications

• Previous prep cooking and culinary arts experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes customer orders and prepares items with short preparation times.
• Serves customers efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
