Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu components according to recipes and restaurant standards.

• Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper labeling/dating of prepared items.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with kitchen prep, cleaning, and closing duties.
