Job summary

ASM Global-SMG is looking for a Cook to provide operational support at the Toledo Complex. This role involves food preparation, execution, and delivery to service staff. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of restaurant experience and a focus on teamwork and detail.

The Cook must maintain cleanliness and work well under pressure, with the ability to lift heavy items. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with culinary arts certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant or relevant food service area.
• Ability to read and retain recipes and menus.
• Must lift up to 75 pounds and work long hours on feet.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver safely handled food to service staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Fulfill opening and closing duties as assigned.
