Qualifications

• Food Handler Certificate required.
• Ability to read and follow recipe.
• A year of prep or cooking experience required.
• Able to read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
• Stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds; use of commercial kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all recipe and prepare according to business needs.
• Daily set up of food service line, drink station and prep area.
• Regulate production and package side items and desserts.
• Prepare and stock line with appropriate side items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep area.
