Job summary

Southside Market & BBQ seeks team members to support daily food prep and service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will follow recipes, set up lines, stock items, and maintain cleanliness while handling multiple tasks.

A we-are-a-team culture emphasizes hospitality and Texas-style service. Qualifications include a Food Handler Certificate, 1 year of prep or cooking experience, and strong English communication.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

• Stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds; use of commercial kitchen equipment.
