Levy Restaurants seeks a Prep Cook (Part Time) for Desert Diamond Arena. You will prepare food per recipes, serve Guests, and follow safety standards.

The role requires working with daily production schedules and maintaining quality and sanitation in a high-volume arena setting. Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, labeling and dating items, operating kitchen equipment, and assisting with multiple stations to ensure timely service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality; serves customers efficiently and friendly.
• Resolves customer concerns; completes orders from steam tables and grills.
