Twin Cities Orthopedics is seeking a part-time Pre-op/PACU Registered Nurse at the Eagan, MN Surgery Center. The RN will care for patients in Pre-Op, PACU, Phase II and procedure rooms with 0.8 FTE across four 8-hour shifts, hours may vary from 4:45 AM to 7:00 PM.

Requirements include NLN-accredited nursing program, MN or WI RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS certification, and PACU/critical care experience preferred. Pay is $44.73–$67.09 hourly with benefits and prorated for part-time.

Formación

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of MN or WI (multi-state).
• BSN preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certification required or completed upon hire.
• Current member of the American Society of Post Anesthesia Nurses preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess holistic needs of patient from pre-op call through discharge and document findings.
• Review pre-admission screening and H&P for admission.
• Assess needs, supplies, and equipment for admission and recovery.
• Complete post-operative calls and provide patient triage as appropriate.
• Provide education and updates to patients and families.

Educación

NLN-accredited nursing program

RN licensure in MN or WI (multistate)

BSN preferred

BLS/ACLS/PALS certification required or completed upon hire

American Society of Post Anesthesia Nurses member preferred
