Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience, or Master's degree.
• Experience presenting information to groups of students, parents or stakeholders.
• Must possess reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly to schools and events.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events.
• Experience with pre-college programs or college access initiatives.
• Experience working with K-12 schools, administrators, and community organizations.
• Bilingual proficiency English and Spanish / Haitian Creole.

Responsibilities

• Recruit eligible students through school visits, presentations, and outreach.
• Maintain records of recruitment activities, inquiries, applications, and enrollment outcomes.
• Promote program benefits and opportunities to students, parents, and school personnel.
• Serve as primary liaison between Pre-College Program and target schools.
• Collaborate with school personnel to identify and recruit eligible students.
• Represent the program at school and community events, workshops, and meetings.
• Prepare and submit monthly recruitment and enrollment reports.
• Track progress toward recruitment goals and recommend improvements.
