Job summary

Florida International University seeks an UPI Expanded Learning Coordinator to oversee university-assisted educational enrichment and personal development programs at local partnership sites. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, logistics, and evaluation for after-school and extended learning activities, collaborating with partners to align with program goals.

You will monitor participation and outcomes, support staff and contributors, and ensure activities advance the Unlimited Potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of office or related experience.
• Experience working with public K-12 school systems.
• Experience working with students from underrepresented groups and/or first-generation college students.
• Experience presenting to small and large groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the operational activities of university-assisted expanded learning programs, including planning, scheduling, logistics, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of academic support, enrichment, and extended learning services.
• Develop and implement new and ongoing expanded learning programs aligned with student needs.
• Collaborate with school, university, and community partners to set educational goals and integrate services into programming.
• Maintain schedules, resources, materials, and logistics for after-school and related activities.
• Engage students, staff, faculty, partners, and volunteers in expanded learning opportunities.
