Job summary

The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for the part-time position of Practical Nursing Adjunct Instructor for the Dickson Campus. The instructor will teach and supervise nursing students in on-campus classroom/lab settings and at off-campus clinical sites.

This role averages 20-28 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and is not eligible for benefits. Candidates must have ASN, TN RN license, and 3+ years RN experience, with teaching skills and ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of RN experience within the last five years, or two years plus 24 credit hours toward a higher degree in nursing.
• ASN is required; BSN degree preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing in Tennessee.
• Available to work 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise nursing students in on-campus classroom/lab settings and at off-campus clinical sites.
• Evaluate and advise students; maintain records and complete reports.
• Participate in program development and other duties as assigned; average 20-28 hours per week, 3-4 days.
• Not eligible for benefits; in-person teaching; clinical site supervision.
