Job summary

The part-time Clinical Adjunct Instructor teaches and supervises nursing students in on-campus classroom/lab and off-campus clinical settings, evaluates and advises students, and maintains records. This role reports to the Health Careers Coordinator.

It comprises two 11-hour clinical days weekly (Mon, Wed) from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM at TCAT McMinnville, TN. Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree in nursing and an active TN RN license, with at least 3 years of full-time nursing and

Qualifications

AR degree in nursing is required.
Active RN license in TN is required.
Minimum 3 years full-time nursing experience in last 5 years.
Minimum 3 years current clinical nursing experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient computer skills; ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

Teach and supervise nursing students in class/lab and clinical settings.
Evaluate and advise students; maintain records and reports.
Participate in program development and other duties as assigned by Nursing Coordinator.
Two 11-hour clinical days per week (Mon, Wed) from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
