Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a Porter to join our property upkeep team across our communities. You will maintain clean and safe living environments and support ongoing maintenance tasks to preserve curb appeal.

You’ll walk the property daily, assist with repairs as needed, and deliver high levels of resident service. Weekend availability and a flexible schedule are important.

The Porter provides routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property’s exterior. They are responsible for maintaining the clean and hygienic condition of the property’s premises and facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features.
