Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a Porter to perform routine cleaning and custodial tasks across our community properties, ensuring a safe, healthy, and welcoming living environment for residents.

You will inspect daily, maintain curb appeal, assist with repairs as needed, and deliver high-quality customer service on site. This role requires flexibility, including weekends and on-call shifts, with a competitive benefits package.

The Porter provides routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property’s exterior. They are responsible for maintaining the clean and hygienic condition of the property’s premises and facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features.
