Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to bring our unique brand to life in Sherman Oaks, CA. You will deliver exceptional service, share POP MART’s story, and help drive store performance through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

You will learn our Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and limited editions while supporting merchandising, inventory, and loyalty programs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Interest in collectibles, designer toys, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly favored.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming guests and building authentic relationships.
• Educate customers on POP MART’s world of collectible art toys and inform them about product lines and promotions.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system accurately.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe store presentation and collaborate with teammates to hit daily sales goals.
