Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid lifeguard certification.

• High safety standards and strong communication skills.
• Ability to supervise part-time staff and coordinate schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities at the indoor aquatic facility and ensure safe operations.
• Train and oversee part-time headguards and lifeguard staff.
• Maintain accurate records on attendance, incidents, and pool readings.
• Respond to emergencies and enforce facility rules.
• Assist with pool programming and event scheduling.
• Perform routine pool maintenance and monitor chemicals.
