Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and lifeguard/CPR certifications, plus prior supervisory or pool setting experience. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including restrooms and surrounding facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing employee performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in lifeguarding and CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role or in a pool setting is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance and safety standards preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in emergency situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform duties that may include lifting and standing for extended periods.
