Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a Resident Assistant in Proctor, MN. You will assist residents with daily activities, support dignity and comfort, and work with a compassionate team to provide person-centered care.

Flexible shifts and a pay rate up to $21/hour based on experience. DHS background check is required; CNA licensing may be needed for some applicants. Join us to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS Background Study
• Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
