Job summary

Cortica, based in Connecticut, is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to help design and deliver life-changing play-based ABA services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This role offers part-time schedules, thorough training, and a supportive team of lead BTs and supervisors.

You will provide 1:1 and group interventions, track progress, collaborate with families, and follow crisis protocols, with opportunities to advance toward BCBA credentials as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track progress and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols including de-escalation and reporting.
