Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians in Trumbull, Connecticut. You will provide behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences, implementing strategies alongside BCBA professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience with children; experience with autism is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors.

Skills

Experience working with children

Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
