Job summary

Cortica is seeking Behavior Technicians to design and deliver client-centered, play-based ABA services for children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, using evidence-based strategies under supervision, with a focus on practical skill-building across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date; training provided by Cortica.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
