Job summary

SIMONA PMC is hiring Part-Time Assistant Operators in Findlay, OH. The role supports plastic extrusion production with 4-hour shifts across morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight windows.

Starting wage is $18/hour with a $19/hour rate after a 90-day review, plus shift premiums and a performance bonus, and a $500 probationary hiring bonus. Responsibilities include inspecting sheets for defects, counting and stacking, packaging via shrink wrap and banding, line startup/shutdown assistance,

Qualifications

• Visual inspection of each sheet for quality imperfections.
• Accurate manual counting of stacked sheets.
• Identify and isolate defective sheets.
• Operate line startup/shutdown during product changeovers.
• Operate and clean grinders as needed.
• Use RF handheld labeling systems when required.
• Move full skids with a forklift and store properly.

Responsibilities

• Visually examine each sheet of plastic before stacking.
• Remove sheet from line and stack, keeping accurate count.
• Complete packaging: shrink wrap, trim lumber, banding.
