Job summary

SIMONA PMC in Findlay, Ohio is hiring part-time Assistant Operators to support plastic extrusion production. The role reports to the Production Lead and involves inspecting sheets, stacking, packaging, line start-up/shutdown, operating grinders, RF labeling, and forklift duties.

Responsibilities

• Visually examine each sheet for quality imperfections before stacking
• Count sheets manually as they are stacked on a skid
• Complete packaging when skid is full (shrink wrap, cut lumber, banding)
• Assist with line start‑up/shutdown during product changes, roll changes, cleaning and reassembly
• Operate and clean grinders as needed
• Use RF handheld and labeling systems as required
• Use a forklift to store full skids in designated areas
